Born in 1981, Lucas Almeida makes drawings since then, and comics since since five years old. Started to make his zine in 2000, O Hábito Faz o Monstro (The Habit makes the Monster) and still keeps on doing it along with printmaking, silkscreen, etching, and so on…  Had several collective exhibition in Caldas da Rainha, Beja, Rome, New York, Helsinki, Mälmo and some individual shows also in Lisbon. Published some comics in Chili Com Carne anthologies. He’s mostly interested in the creative process itself and exploring new mediums to express creativity.
